Information about the Group’s handling of personal data

The following policy has been established for our method of working with personal data being in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which has been in force from 25 May 2018 and has as its main task to strengthen the right to privacy of individuals in digital contexts.

For business partners

We handle personal data that concerns you as a supplier/contractor/property owner/customer when it is required for the parties to be able to enter into an agreement and fulfil the obligations in the agreement. The information that is handled comprises name, address, contact information, civic registration number/organization number, bank information, property designation and for property owners the name of the spouse. The company receives this information primarily through the information you provide to us, but in some cases it can be obtained from public registers.

The company stores this information as long as the party is still a cooperation partner or continues to conduct operations. This information may be transferred to third parties when required for us to be able to fulfil our duty to you, according to established agreements, or when it is required for compliance with Swedish regulations and laws.

For job seekers

Personal information about you, if you apply to work with us, is handled in our employment process. This can be information such as: name, address, civic registration number, contact information, family relationship, previous employment, CV, diplomas, and any certificates. In connection with you applying for one of our services, you agree that we can handle this personal information. The information is obtained mainly via your job application. We keep it for as long as the recruitment process is ongoing and after that it is deleted. If we want to keep the information for a longer period of time, this will be after you have approved in writing.

As a registered person you have the right to know what information we have about you and what its purpose is. Contact us via contact information on our website if you want to know what personal information we have about you or if you want it changed, moved or deleted.
